Payment & Delivery

  • Payment via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay.

  • Your invoice needs to be paid in full before your order will be shipped 

  • If you have any payment issues, please feel free to contact our Accounts Team via  sales@diecasttoyz.com.au

Delivery Within Australia

  • Delivery can take between 2-7 Business Days dependent on location

  • We offer shipping with the following Carriers: Australia Post or TNT Express.

  • Once orders have been dispatched, an email will be sent with tracking details and carrier that is handling your delivery

  • Please note shipping Lead Times are all estimates and it's out of control if there are any delays with the courier carriers

  • If your shipment still hasn't arrived after the Estimated Delivery Date via the Tracking from the carrier, Please feel free to contact our Sales Team via sales@diecasttoyz.com.au

International Orders

    • If your Country is not listed on the Shipping List, please get in touch with our team on sales@diecasttoyz.com.au and we can provide a Quote.
    • International Shipping is calculated at Check Out, we offer 2 types of shipping options for International Orders
      • Standard - Tracking with Email Notifications
      • Express - Tracking with Email Notification & Signature on Delivery
    • If your delivery has been unsucessful and the carrier can't deliver your pacakage, it will be returned to Diecast Toyz Australia, If you wish for us to resend the package any additional costs will be forwarded to the buyer.
    • Diecast Toyz Australia is not responsible for any additional taxes, charges, duties etc. in the receiving country. We cannot provide you with an estimate of these charges, we are also not responsible for any of these payments once the item arrives in the receiving country. If you are unsure about any additional charges, please check with your local authority before you finalise and make payment for your order.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Purchases made from Diecast Toyz Australia are all Final, As such Returns for ‘change of mind’ are agreed to solely at the discretion of Diecast Toyz Australia Management Team. If an agreement is made, the product must be unopened and in it's original packaging. Refunds will only be processed once the product has been received and inspected by the management team.

  • Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returning item
