We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, Zip Pay & Latitude Pay.

Your invoice will need to be paid in full before your order will be shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Yes, once orders have been dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking details and carrier handling your delivery.

If you have an account with us, you can log in to your account and track your order.

All orders will be processed within 1-2 Business Days.
(Excludes Weekends and Public Holidays)

All items will be wrapped and packed in a carton.

Delivery time can take between 2 - 7 Business days, depending on your location.


Please note, shipping Lead Times are all estimates, and it's out of control if there are any delays with the courier carriers.

Yes, Click & Collect are strictly by appointment only.

You will receive a notification email from Diecast Toyz Australia when your item(s) are ready for collection.

Delivery Areas

Yes, we do offer Express Post within Australia.

Shipping will be calculated on checkout.

International Shipping is calculated at Check-Out. We offer two types of shipping options for International Orders.


Standard - Tracking with Email Notifications

Express - Tracking with Email Notification & Signature on Delivery

If your delivery has been unsuccessful and the carrier can't deliver your parcel, therefore it will return to Diecast Toyz Australia. If you would like your package to be resent, hence the additional cost will be charged.

Diecast Toyz Australia is not responsible for any additional taxes, charges, duties etc., in the receiving country. We cannot provide you with an estimate of these charges, and we are also not responsible for any of these payments once the item arrives in the receiving country. If you are unsure about any additional charges, please check with your local authority before finalising and making payment for your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@diecasttoyz.com.au with your Order Number and Photos of the damaged items.

We will investigate with our Freight Carriers and work with you towards an amicable outcome or solution.

Purchases made from Diecast Toyz Australia are all Final; as such, returns for ‘change of mind’ are agreed to solely at the discretion of the Diecast Toyz Australia Management Team. If an agreement is made, the product must be unopened and in its original packaging. Refunds will only be processed once the product has been received and inspected by the management team.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the buyer’s responsibility. It would be best if you considered using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returning item.
